Coconuts can be eaten either raw or cooked, and are rich in vitamins, minerals, and powerful antioxidants. Freshly grated coconuts can be easily added to your favorite recipes like Coconut Shrimp with Mango Dipping Sauce, Toasted Coconut Lemon Ice Cream, or a good Old Fashioned Coconut Cream Pie. Did you know that it can remove some of the toughest stains or even polish your furniture? Moms- you can cook, clean, and even treat yourself to a hair treatment with just a tub of coconut oil from your local grocery store. Who would've known?!
