Holistic Parenting


Being a parent is a life-changing responsibility. Embarking on holistic
parenting is the process of being mindful of every decision made for the
child and family. Intertwining the mind and body is integral to a
children's development. Holistic parenting begins with an awareness of
how choices and actions are interconnected and how they impact one's
health, well-being, and environment.

Good health is vital every age, especially during childhood and
adolescence when the brain, body, and immune systems develop. Balanced
meals, healthy mealtime habits, and staying hydrated are essential
pieces. Dehydration is common in children, so good hydration habits are
important. Drinking pure water and KidsLuv will give the children the
best of everything. Eating well-balanced meals are crucial for a child's
wellness, and establishing good eating habits when they're young
develops a healthy mindset towards food as fuel.

Young children are especially vulnerable to toxins, so concentrate on

mindful consumer by paying attention to labels and products and
replacing toxic ones with healthier alternatives that are nourishment
for the children and the environment.

Parents working on one's total mind and body wellness are role models
for their children. Foster healthy communication and relationships with
family members and the people around you so your children grasp positive
forms of communication and relationships. Parents also work on striking
a balance between career and family life. Children pick up on their
parent's mood, outlook, and anxiety, and children will feel the same
vibe as you do. Your child can tell if you are giving them undivided
attention or multitasking. When you take the time to be fully present
with your child,  giving them undivided attention and awareness, they
will value themselves and others.

Research shows that children have already formed financial habits as
early as seven. One of the best methods of teaching children the value
of money is by using real-life situations. Teaching responsibility and
accountability at a young age builds responsible and pragmatic
decision-makers. Fostering our children's curiosity correlates with
their creativity, intelligence, and academic performance.

Empowering your children to enjoy life's simple, pure things, like
walking in the park, smelling the flowers, and enjoying sunrise and
sunset, is a lifelong gift. Minimalist vs. materialistic, experiences
vs. things makes an effort to reduce our impact on the environment and
emphasize non-material values.
