Banana Oats Sushi

Roll your little one and yourself out of bed and start the morning right with some banana sushi! Who said sushi has to be limited to raw fish? This sushi-inspired recipe is nutritious and will fuel you and your child up.

INGREDIENTS:

  • Banana 
  • Almond butter
  • Oats of your choice

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Peel the banana and evenly covered in almond butter
  2. When coated, pour the oats over the nut butter
  3. Roll the banana to coat evenly, using your hand to press the oats into the banana as needed
  4. Using a sharp knife, cut the banana into ¼-1/2" pieces
  5. Enjoy
