No Bake Apple Cookies

An apple a day keeps the doctor away. You and your little one can transform staple ingredients in the household into a magical cookie. A simple and satisfying snack that boosts you and your immune system.


  • 1 apple 
  • ¼ cup almond butter 
  • ¼ cup almonds and/or walnuts
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut 
  • ¼ cup raisins


  1. Slice apple into thin rings and remove the core
  2. Spread peanut butter over one side of the ring
  3. Top with almonds, walnuts, coconut, and raisins
