No Bake Apple Cookies
An apple a day keeps the doctor away. You and your little one can transform staple ingredients in the household into a magical cookie. A simple and satisfying snack that boosts you and your immune system.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 apple
- ¼ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup almonds and/or walnuts
- ¼ cup shredded coconut
- ¼ cup raisins
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Slice apple into thin rings and remove the core
- Spread peanut butter over one side of the ring
- Top with almonds, walnuts, coconut, and raisins
